Trial Pilot for Machine MonitoringMemex understands the need to be able to "visualize" how our machine monitoring system works, especially relating it to your plant and specific machine or work cells. To that end we have found the best way is to physically connect our machine monitoring solution to one of your machines and see it in operation directly. Memex offers a trial pilot program to ease your assessment of the viability and business benefits of our machine monitoring solution. It is a pre-packaged trial pilot program involving the hardware, computer, boards and software as well as installation services to make it work. The trial pilot process will allow you to learn how it works, so you can configure your larger plant operation. Should you choose to proceed with a larger complete plant installation project, then the deposit will be 100% credited to future purchases. Typically, our customers can utilize our machine monitoring OEE solution to increase productivity and efficiency on the shop floor anywhere between 5 and 20%. This is accomplished by a combination of software and hardware to connect to any machine. We can likely track and or configure these with our utilities and the software, which may, but not necessarily, be part of the standard trial pilot. Should any specific functionality beyond our standard basic monitoring be required, including ERP interfaces, special reporting and implementation, we would be pleased to show the functionality and address those as part of the larger complete installation project.
